AskWho Refund Policy

AskWho is sold as a recurring monthly software subscription billed in USD through Paddle (merchant of record).

14-day refund. If you're not happy with AskWho, you can get a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of purchase. No reason is needed. Email support@pulsepages.app from the address you signed up with, or request the refund directly from Paddle at paddle.net.

After 14 days. Later payments, including renewals, aren't refunded for the billing period they cover, except where the law requires it. You can cancel at any time, and you won't be charged again.

How refunds are paid. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Paddle and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
