AskWho Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of AskWho, a subscription software product operated by PulsePages. By accessing or using AskWho, you agree to these Terms.

AskWho is provided as business software for tracking how AI assistants recommend businesses, producing client reports, and creating marketing content. You are responsible for the content you generate and publish.

Subscription fees are billed in USD through Paddle as merchant of record. Access to paid features may be changed if payment fails, is disputed, or is refunded under the refund policy.

You must not use AskWho for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or create security risk.

AskWho is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PulsePages disclaims implied warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential losses.
